London International 7s Tournament (LIT), founded in 2012, is dedicated to advancing rugby sevens by organizing premier tournaments, series, and training camps that unite players and fans worldwide. 

We are proud to host LIT7s Tournament – UK’s largest rugby 7s tournament with 70+ teams, LIT7s Amateur Series – UK’s largest and only amateur series, LIT London 7s – UK’s premier and only international stadium sevens tournament, LIT Rugby Sevens Camp USA – premiere training camp, and we are excited to be joined by LIT’ Super Sevens Series – UK’s largest elite sevens competition.
